• Replacement or Install of roof decking (2 boards included in the price of each roof from Asscher Roofing).

• 1.5 inch drip edge.

• 2 rolls of ice barrier on eaves, valleys, sidewalls, chimney, and around roof penetrations.

• Synthetic underlayment.

• Ridge vents for better roof ventilation.

• Roof Covering of Clients Selection (Asphalt, Metal, Luxury, Etc).

If these components are not listed in your estimate, you should clarify with your roofing company to ensure they are performing all the necessary steps for proper install.
