We are excited to announce that we are now offering Commercial Roofing Maintenance Agreements. We want to help businesses in our service area maintain their commercial rooftops. A yearly fee will cover your rooftop maintenance along with the reassurance of prevention of liability. We want to educate our customers on their commercial roofing needs. We provide a detailed report with your maintenance agreement. This agreement includes:

• Removal of dirt and debris

• Repair of any notable wear or damaged areas

• Sealing of all pipes, boots, and drains

• Apply Freedom flash to HVAC units

• Securing any loose accessory metals

We give access to Job Progress to our customers so they can view all the noted damages we found during our inspection.
