Highlight and lessons from the 2020 roofing year
Asscher Roofing Company began due to a belief in quality customer service. Roofing contractors are often pressured into working quickly and without consideration for the building or details that would truly complete the roofing system - both in labor and materials. We at Asscher Roofing Company oppose these practices, and beyond the realm of expert craftsmanship, we strive to provide the diamond standard of customer care. We started writing roofing stories to make light of tough choices and quality solutions for roofing, but we’ve learned much about our community as well! Roofing isn’t just about home security, it’s about a lasting legacy.
We’ve completed roofing projects for all types of clients - however most commonly we find that beyond commercial clients and real estate clients our community is filled with loyal neighbors that simply want their homes to be cared for. There are many reasons why we roof - but there are often equally as many reasons why someone would care about receiving the best roof possible. We’ve found that among the search for security in the work performed, here are some other reasons to ensure your roof is crafted with lasting quality:
Residents of the community want to raise their family in a comfortable setting:
It’s common for us to get to know the families of our community, understanding that for many neighbors the home they have is their forever home - our job is to make sure it lasts.
Retired roofers know quality when they see it:
We’re always happy to perform a roof replacement for a retired roofer, having their stamp of approval is consistently a point of pride for our business, this type of quality is our main goal!
Residents love to get educated:
Resources for clients have gone a long way for us, and we’ve learned how to better answer your questions as well as provide visual representations of the things that matter most. We love educating our community and they love having ways to compare our services with other contractors.

We feel ever grateful for the community that we come from and that helps us grow in our service. Our attention to detail was always meant to go beyond the craftsmanship of roofing, gutters, siding and more. We want our neighbors to know that they’re being taken care of by locals that care about them. We’ve learned a lot about you beyond South Bend where we started, let’s discuss some of the amazing things about you!
Roofing clients love their pets!
We’ve met tons of dogs, cats, farm animals and even miniature ponies. We always ask about onsite animals or pets because we want to make sure they’re safe and sound. One of our last roofs had a gorgeous dog named Gypsy, who we wish nothing but the best for in older age!
Hoosiers love their plants:
There are so many amazing gardeners in our community. Beyond simply having amazing green thumbs, we’ve noticed many of our clients in Northern Indiana have a great sense for garden decor! We’ve seen garden gnomes, koi ponds, and gorgeous topiaries that many should be proud of.
Roofing clients care about the details of their home:
We focus on how to improve our practices when roofing, there have been so many clients who ask us “can we watch while you work?” and we love those moments because we can show our best work. We’ve found that when clients watch us and feel concern, they always end up happy when we finalize all work with our closing inspection and cleaning.
