About Our Residential Maintenance Agreements
Asscher Roofing’s Roof Care Club is a residential roof maintenance program designed to help identify visible trouble spots before they become larger, more expensive problems. For an annual rate of just $0.15 per square foot, members receive one yearly visit that includes a 15-point visual inspection of reasonably accessible roof areas.
Our team examines visible shingles, sealants, flashing, sidewalls, chimneys, transitions, vents, pipe boots, and other common maintenance points. After the inspection, you’ll receive a photo report showing your roof’s condition and any concerns we find.
Roof Care Club also gives active members valuable savings and priority service when a roofing concern arises. It’s simple, proactive roof care from a local team you can trust.

Help Your Roof Last Longer
Routine inspections and preventative maintenance can help a roof reach more of its intended useful life. Research involving certain maintained roofing systems has documented service-life extensions of approximately eight years. Actual results vary based on the roof’s age, type, installation, condition, and weather exposure.

Active Roof Care Club members receive 5% off qualifying larger roof repairs and full roof replacements contracted directly with Asscher Roofing.
Receive Priority Attention
When an active member reports a roofing concern, Asscher Roofing will make reasonable efforts to have a company representative evaluate it within 48 hours. If repairs are recommended and approved, the project receives priority scheduling based on weather, crew and material availability, site conditions, safety requirements, and the scope of work.
Add Gutter Cleaning When Needed
Our agreement includess routine removal of loose leaves and light surface debris from accessible gutter channels using
professional air-clearing methods. Deep cleaning, compacted debris, downspout clearing, gutter guard removal, and repairs are
additional.
What does Roof Care Club cost?
Annual membership is $0.15 per square foot of roof area.
What is included with my membership?
Membership includes one annual visit per membership year. During that visit, Asscher Roofing performs a 15-point visual inspection of reasonably accessible roof areas and provides a report with photos and findings.
What areas of my roof will be inspected?

Are repairs included in the membership price?
No. Roof Care Club is a preventative-maintenance program. Repairs, replacement materials, and other services are charged separately unless they are specifically included in writing.
Does priority service mean my roof will be repaired within 48 hours?
The 48-hour commitment applies to the initial evaluation only. Asscher Roofing will make reasonable efforts to have a representative evaluate an active member’s reported concern within that period. Repair start and completion times depend on factors such as weather, crew availability, materials, safety, site conditions, and the work required.
