WHAT IS YOUR PRICE PER SQUARE?
- Our price per square varies based on the pitch, materials, needs, and amenities that are desired by our clients, but we’ve found between residential and commercial roofing, our price per square can typically fall between $440-$550+ depending on selected options and roof specifications.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR ROOF ESTIMATE?
- Our estimates include the price to tear off and disposal of your previous roofing system (if applicable), the installation of a new roofing system, the necessary high quality underlying materials, and finally two complementary sheets of Oriented Strand Board (OSB) for wood repairs.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS OR FINANCING?
- We’re proud to offer financing resources to those who need it – and will offer options according to your needs, wants, and budget. If you are interested in financing, give us a call.

There are so many brands, colors, and options that it’s hard to choose. We’ve broken down our options into 3 distinct categories:

- Luxury Options – $$$$ – $$$$$ – When you want the ultimate package in quality, design, colors, customer service, or custom construction.

- We breakdown all our options, and the relevant information that will help you select a package that works for you. Please note that select shingle classes, brand, and colors are on special order – and take a minimum of 8 weeks to arrive.

What’s included in my roof installation / replacement price?
All of our roofs have the following standard installation features:
- Synthetic Underlayment
- 2 Rolls of Ice and Water Shields
- 1.5 Inch Drip Edge
- Chimney and Counter Flashing
- Replacement of all Roof Boots

Will you work with my roof insurance?
Yes! We’ll gladly help you with any necessary insurance documentation when you schedule your project. Let us know that your roofing project will be covered by insurance, and we’ll work with you and your insurance to give you the easiest experience possible. Dealing with storm damage, leaks, or roof failures can be overwhelming. Asscher Roofing works directly with insurance companies on behalf of our commercial clients to file and manage roofing claims.
