Why do we include debris removal in your maintenance agreement? Debris can retain moisture which can lead to early deterioration of your roof. Debris can cause rotting or mold growth.
We can help remove this debris once a year or more (depending on the roof’s external factors such as environment, size, and condition). If your rooftop is exposed to a wooded area then we will recommend maintaining it more than once a year.
