Every year we look for ways to help our community, and every winter we want our customers to know that we’ve got them covered. Thanks to you and the success you’ve been able to help us achieve - we’ll be restarting our Winter Diamond Prep Package on November 9th, 2020. We want you to have Diamond Standard Peace of Mind, that means we will be providing all qualifying customers who take part in the Winter Diamond Prep Package, with a full winter of roofing care free of cost when they sign a contract for a new roof replacement or repair with a 10% down payment. Qualifying customers signing up for a new roof installation or replacement during the winter seasons will receive a complimentary winter prep package as shown below:

We believe intaking care of our community, and we want you to receive the Diamond Standard of Roofing, even if it’s too cold to lay shingles. Keep your roofing system covered for the entire winter season by being preemptive with your roofing maintenance. All roofs that are scheduled under the Winter Diamond will take priority in May of 2021, or call us beginning march when we start opening up our 2021 Roofing Season!
Terms and Conditions:
Offer applies to any full roof replacement of 20 squares or more. Basic gutter cleaning applicable to gutter systems without gutter guards. Complementary services of inspection, maintenance, and tarp installation will be conducted upon inspection after providing qualifying payments. Additional maintenance and tarps are charged as necessary, all qualifying roofs under winter diamond prep package will be installed on or following May 2021. Purchase must be reflected through signed contract and requires minimum deposit of 10% of total work quoted. Deposit nonrefundable. Customer understands that Asscher Roofing Company accepts no liability for repairs/maintenance prior to roof replacement/installation project beginning and that all maintenance provided is provided free of cost and no expense to customer with no liability to Asscher Roofing Company.
